Return Eligibility:

Return Process:

2. Package the item securely, as shipped.
3. Label the package with the return authorization number and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
